Bliss balls for energetic toddlers and mummas

Ingredients:


1 cup of oats


1/2 cup ground flaxseeds or LSA


1/4 cup of chia seeds


1/4 cups of nuts (roughly chop first)


1/2 cup dried cranberries and sultanas


2 Medjool dates, pitted


1/2 cup almond butter (or can use peanut butter)


2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil


1 tsp ground cinnamon


1 tbsp honey (remember no honey for babies under 12 months)


few tbsp of water



Method:


In a food processor, blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.


Add a tablespoon of water at a time until the mixture starts to stick to itself.


Roll into balls and refrigerate.


Lasts for one week in the fridge.


High in fibre, protein and monounsaturated fats.
